Maria Ratz is a professional trainer, lecturer, coach, mentor, career and personal consultant, member of the Bulgarian Association for People Management, representative of the Ethics Commission. She specializes in Health Psychology at Sofia University and consults under supervision. Based on her experience in corporate organizations, Maria has built her unique approach to supporting professionals, combining the best of coaching, psychological counseling and mentoring techniques.
