The team of Self Master Center has proven experience in creating and implementing mentoring programs in the organization, as well as in training and coaching support of mentors. We believe that mentoring has an exceptional added value not only for the professionals involved in the process, but also for the organizations in which they work. Almost all successful people can name one or more people - mentors who have been particularly important for their growth and development, both professionally and in life. The role and contribution of mentors to the development of mentees is multifaceted and includes:
- help and advice for immediate needs - acquiring skills, dealing with challenges and solving problems, as well as
- long-term support and guidelines for professional and personal development, career realization.
The basis of mentoring is to build long-term relationships between the parties in the process. Regardless of the specific need that is addressed, mentoring is a mutually enriching relationship of giving and receiving for all involved.
The team of Self Master Center has the expertise, skills and experience to create a Mentoring Program tailored to your organization, as well as to train mentors in the necessary skills. Depending on the duration of the program (3 months or 6 months), our experts have the willingness and enthusiasm to maintain the exchange of knowledge and commitment of mentors (and mentees) through coaching, counseling and giving feedback.
